Joyce Oakley Obituary

Joyce Oakley, a much-remembered member of St Francis Church passed away on 16 January 2022. She was 91 years old.

Joyce was a nurse and became a founding member of St Francis Church when she moved to Tenerife. She was a strong supporter of the Mothers Union and was involved in the setting up of the first European MU branch outside the UK and Ireland in Tenerife. Joyce had moved back to the UK and was living with her friend, Eric.
